Wed, 26 May 2010 14:09:39 +0000 en hourly 1 http://wordpress.org/?v=3.0 Audacity http://theogblog.com/2010/03/audacity/ http://theogblog.com/2010/03/audacity/#comments Wed, 31 Mar 2010 15:29:26 +0000 The Og http://theogblog.com/?p=1229 So… one of the best parts of this gig is getting to meet a shiz ton of talented people.  Two kids i have had the pleasure to run into and call part of our family as riders are Jon Edwards and Dan Zambrano.  Two childhood friends that have grown and fed of each others creativity.  These two kids embody what Ogden is about.  Not only are they talented skaters but they are ridiculously creative.  Dans in school and has his own production company at the age of 20.  Jon is 21 and at the NY film academy currently.  He has so many projects going on i cant keep track, including his main gig Heavy Hittas. Heavy Hittas is a collective of skateboarding, music, short films, skits, interviews, documentaries, and more. This was all put together by Jon, Dan and another one of their friends Hunter Baker, who i haven’t met yet but im sure is on the same level.  Do yourself the favor and look through it —> Heavy Hittas —-> Check out the vids on JonneyeTV.

Below is the newest release, a short film called Audacity. I cant imagine what these kids will be up to in 5 years…

Besides being on a big Portugal. The Man kick, since Alkaline Trio released This Addiction I’ve been getting back into Alkaline Trio again and listening to all their classic songs.  This is one of my favorites that originally got me into the band in the first place back in the day!
