For about two years now I’ve been using this online radio station randomly when I’m trying to listen to new music or just for a change of pace from my iPod in general. It’s sort of like Pandora online radio but I enjoy this one a lot more just because of the main focus on more music that I happen to like such as various Indie radio stations and hard rock geared stations that go more in depth then Pandora does. The station is called Slacker Radio and you can listen to so many different genres of music and even create your own genre and add artists of that category into it. Their artist archive is filled with thousands of great bands and I created my own station focusing primarily on experimental rock music and the band options for that genre are even fantastic. When you get some spare time definately check this out at their website below and if you really like it, you can download the free version instead of getting the paid version. Or just download the apps for the iPhone and Blackberry.
