So this weekend is the 4th annual Wave Gathering Music Festival in the historic but new Asbury Park. For people who don’t know this town that once was the greatest thing about New Jersey , has recently made a come back and is pushing to get the attention back it once had. The festival is being held all around town at various popular restaurants, bars, concert halls and even on the streets themselves. Over 100 acts will be playing between Friday to Sunday and the times and places for each band is posted on the website. I’ll be there Saturday during the street festivities that will be going on such as food and drink specials, activities and live music that will go all the way into the night. I suggest anyone that can attend to come by and have some fun because Asbury Park is always a good time and you’ll be helping out a city in need of support.
